Kurt Cobain: Death or Suicide?

I just finished reading the book "Love and Death", a book about Cobain's alleged suicide. I don't think it was a suicide. He had x3 the lethal dose of heroin in his body, making it impossible to load, pickup, pump and fire the shotgun. Plus, there were no fingerprints on the gun. The two authors of the book made a theory that it was deeply conspired: Cobain's room was heavily baricaded at the balcany, while the main door was widely opened. Why? Probably an easy get-away for the murderers. Also, the pellets lodged into his head didn't match the caliber of the shotgun. A .20 shotgun would've easily blown his head off. There HAVE been mistaken pictures of someone's head blown off and labeled as Cobain, i've SEEN the banned picture (the real one). His face was intact, he was easily identified by the police.
I didn't mean to answer my own question, i just want a second opinion.

If the first doctor is a good doctor, he knows his limits. He will not be offended, upset, or angry that you chose to go to a pediatric neurologist to see if that physician knows more than he does. You have the right to tell the first one that you are seeking a second opinion so that it doesn't feel like a secret. If the doctor “can't handle” that you are getting a second opinion, perhaps you shouldn't be going to him anyway. If he is as good as you think, he won't have any problem with it.
